Life with an 8 month old.

In February we decided to adopt a puppy (we decided we needed MORE stress in our lives?). It’s been a lot of fun training him, taking him places all over this beautiful area of ours and showing him new things. Looking from his perspective you realize he is experiencing EVERYTHING for the first time! On a lake and now that it’s warm we have seen ducks and geese for the first time, first boat ride, first time seeing a bouy up close and so on. Today is an especially warm Sunday and instead of getting right up and doing chores, we took some time to see if Rupert can swim (he can’t) and if he even likes the water (he does) and his first ride on a paddle board which he also loved. He is happily passed out in the air conditioned house now… can’t wait to introduce him to the kayak and canoe now!
